Conditions of Sale
1. Souqify LLC is a brand distributor to the product partners for house finishing items.
2. The buyer is not buying directly from Souqify LLC but from one of the many product partners on Souqify LLC.
3. Souqify LLC ensures the meticulous selection of product partners (Souqify LLC carefully selects its product partners). As a result, we can confidently guarantee and endorse every item available on Souqify.com or any content posted by product partners, (including photographs and language used in listings and shop policies).
4. Each product partner on Souqify LLC has their processing times, shipping methods, and shop policies.
Obligations of the Buyer
1. The buyer is expected to read the item description and shop policies before making a purchase;
2. The buyer is expected to submit appropriate payment for the item(s) purchased;
3. The buyer shall be responsible for all logistic costs and charges.
4. The buyer is expected to submit accurate shipping information to the product partner.
5. You must not do anything that interferes with the normal running of the site, including but not limited to the following prohibited acts:
- hacking or tampering with our website;
- testing the vulnerability of our website without our permission;
- circumventing any authentication or security systems or processes on or relating to our website;
- using our website to copy, store, host, transmit, send, use, publish, or distribute any computer virus or other malicious computer software.
- conducting any systematic or automated data collection activities (including without limitation scraping, data mining, data extraction, and data harvesting) on or in relation to our website without our express written consent;
Obligations of the Company
1. Souqify LLC shall provide and permit the customers to use their payment information to make purchases.
2. Souqify LLC has a responsibility to protect any personal information shared and to keep it confidential.
3. Souqify LLC must do everything within its power to fulfill an order made on the Souqify.com e-commerce platform.
4. In the event an order cannot be fulfilled, Souqify LLC must refund the buyer within a reasonable time.
Payment
1. When purchasing on Souqify LLC, the buyer must either approve a credit or debit transaction, make a direct bank transfer, or use any of the supported payment methods on Souqify.com.
2. All transactions shall be denominated in the currencies provided by Souqify LLC on the payment page.
3. In the event of a refund, Souqify LLC shall pay back to your Souqify LLC account or bank account.
4. There shall be a confirmation email to every transaction made on the Souqify LLC platform
Copyright and Trademarks
1. All material on this site, including images, illustrations, audio clips, and video clips, are protected by copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights that are owned and controlled by us or by other parties that have licensed their material to us.
2. Material on this website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us is solely for your personal, non-commercial use.
3. Souqify LLC, at any point, can lay claim on an infringement of copyrights and trademarks when there is suspicion of such.
Rights of the Buyer
At any time and without any explanation, you can choose to stop using the Souqify LLC e-commerce platform.
Rights of the Company
1. Souqify LLC has the right to restrict or deactivate a buyer’s account
2. Souqify LLC has a right to bring an action if there’s a violation of the terms of this Agreement.
3. Souqify LLC has a right to a worldwide irrevocable non-exclusive royalty-free license to use, reproduce, store, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content on our marketplace and across our marketing channels and any existing or future media.
Indemnity
You shall indemnify and hold harmless Souqify LLC, its owner, licensee, affiliates, subsidiaries, group companies (as applicable), and their respective officers, directors, agents, and employees, from any claim, demand, or actions including attorneys' fees, made by you or any third party or penalty imposed due to or arising out of your use of the goods or services, or in the event you breach this Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy and other Policies, or your violation of any law, rules or regulations or the rights of a third party on Souqify LLC.
